[Location] 2-3 floors of Hailiang Mansion Skirt Building, 1508 Binsheng Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou (Binjiang Branch)

[Traffic Arrangement]: Go by yourself. Drivers should get free parking tickets at the front desk.

[Other matters]: ① Please bring your ID card and go on an empty stomach.

   ②Those who are unable to attend the physical examination on that day due to special reasons may make a new appointment to complete the physical examination before July/11, 2019. If there is no physical examination after the above time, the medical examination shall be regarded as voluntary abandonment.

   ③ Please refer to \"Notices for Health Check-up\" for details of the items and routes of physical examination.

   ④The time of physical examination for Shenzhen employees should be notified by the medical examination institution.
