This instrument uses a bright light source to illuminate the end face of the optical fiber. The spots or scratches on the end face are amplified by a micro optical system, digitized by a camera, and finally presented to the user through a computer display. The equipped image analysis software can accurately identify subtle spots and scratches in the image, and present both the full face of the end face and local parts of the optical fiber in a dual screen manner. Mainly used in the field of fiber optic end face detection.
Allowing for both full and detailed viewing
Select a large target camera, combined with a clear optical microscope and digital imaging system, to achieve the maximum range of presentation of the end face, and automatically capture the fiber optic area for individual amplification display.
Parameterized standard settings
Built in IEC detection standards, parameters can also be customized, modified, and saved as tasks. Different people use the same task to avoid judgment bias caused by human eye recognition.
Connect the computer to work
The instrument is connected to the computer through a USB 3.0 cable, which enables both power supply and high-speed data transmission, making it truly plug and play.
Automatic analysis and judgment
By using advanced image recognition algorithms, automatic analysis and judgment of the fiber end face can be achieved without the need for manual intervention. Display the detection results in the form of images, data, and reports.
Touch sensing activation
Equipped with a touch sensitive switch, the detection can be initiated with just a gentle touch, without the need to click on the keyboard or software, maximizing the convenience of employee operation.
Automatically generate reports
Generate independent reports after testing for easy reference by engineers or customers. Using HTML format to avoid EXCEL copyright disputes.
