Accurate pressure

By using a preset torque wrench, the torque value can be accurately set. After reaching the torque value, there will be an idle slip prompt to keep the torque constant and  not  damage  all  MTs  while  ensuring  consistent quality.

Mechanical design based on on-site use

The power cord is directly connected and sealed out to prevent   water   ingress   and   short   circuit.   Increase

filtration and decompression pretreatment of user gas sources. The filter, pressure reducing valve, and pressure

regulating valve are  hidden  in the  isolation chamber, which is waterproof and can be quickly repaired.

 Software function

The operation and setting parameters are displayed both numerically and graphically. During operation, it is possible

to pause and resume the previous time after restarting. The pressure  can  be  adjusted  according to the  ratio  of the number of users to the number of products used.

Process parameter storage

Store     30     sets     of     grinding     process parameters, set time, speed, and pressure separately . The pressure and motor can be set with an acceleration time to smoothly start and protect the grinding paper. Each

process can also set compensation time to offset the decrease in cutting force of the grinding   paper   (liquid) .  Each   group   of parameters   can    be    named   and   saved separately .

Password protection

To      prevent      normal      grinding parameters  from  being  mistakenly modified, the software has 8 built-in protection passwords. Engineers can modify  grinding   parameters   after logging in.
