This instrument uses a bright light source to illuminate the end face of multiple optical fibers. The spots or scratches on the end face are amplified by a micro optical system, digitized by a camera, and finally presented to the user through a computer display. The equipped image analysis software can accurately identify subtle spots and scratches in the image. The equipped precision programmable motor can quickly locate and achieve automatic detection of MT fiber end faces with up to 72 cores.
Precision optical system
Select a large target camera, combined with a clear optical microscope and digital imaging system, to achieve automatic capture and precise presentation of the fiber core.
Electronic motion system
The microcontroller controls a 3-axis motion system, which meets the array motion and focusing requirements of up to 72 cores based on MT12 and MT16.
Automatically generate reportsformat to avoid EXCEL copyright disputes.
Multiple usage modes
Automatically browse, detect current, detect all, save all reports, and save qualified reports, allowing users to flexibly use them.
Automatic analysis and judgment
By using advanced image recognition algorithms, automatic positioning, focusing, analysis, and judgment of the fiber end face can be achieved without manual intervention.
Touch sensing activation
Equipped with a touch sensitive switch, the
detection can be initiated with just a gentle touch, without the need to click on the keyboard or software, maximizing the convenience of employee operation.
